Thanks for choosing to signup using our online forms. We'd like to explain a bit before you continue so your experience using our web site is manageable and easy.

We have developed a system where each participant has a separate account they can securely log on to, signup and pay for trips, update addresses and contact information, change passwords and download required forms.

The process requires you to log in to our system with the e-mail address we have on file as well as your ID # and a password.

CLICK HERE if you have been with NJY Kislak before OR if you know your record is already in our database. In this case, we already have an online account setup for you. If you know the constituent e-mail address we have on file, then our website can immediately e-mail you the ID and password for you to use. If you do NOT know the e-mail address we have on file for you, please call us at 973-575-3333 and have us verify it for you.
